Eligibility

  • Participants must reside in the Spectrum™ Hawaii service area and be 18 years of age or older.
  • To qualify, referrals must be submitted via getconnectedhawaii.com or by calling 1-808-495-4419
  • Employees of Charter Communications, Pacific Communications and its respective affiliates, and the immediate family members of all such employees and all others with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to receive any credits under this program for referring a customer to Pacific Communications, for being a referred as a customer, or otherwise.
  • Realtors, Property Managers, Leasing agents, escrow officers, mortgage consultants and others associated with single family homes, apartments, townhouses, condominiums or other types of multiple dwelling units are eligible to receive program awards as a result of referring a customer who rents, purchases or otherwise obtains a unit owned, managed leased and/or maintained by such person. The referral reward may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
  • Program participants must have permission from their employer to participate.
  • Pacific Communications reserves the right to deem individuals ineligible to participate in the Partner Rewards program.
  • Participants are only eligible to receive referral credits for the Spectrum™ services listed above.

Participation

  • Active Customers – Customers who are currently active and have existing services may be referred through the Referral Program if they have a current balance on their account and if the customer expressed interest in Spectrum™ Services. However, the referral will only be eligible to receive a bounty payment if the customer is adding new services to an existing account or if the customer purchases additional service beyond what they are transferring in a transfer of services. In the case of the second option, if the customer transferring the exact same services in a transfer of service, no bounty will be paid on the referral.
  • Referrals for customers in a “non-pay” status do not qualify.
  • Former Customers – Customers who have had their services disconnected may be referred through the Referral Program if they have paid their outstanding balance and if the customer expresses interest in reconnecting Spectrum™ Services. However, the referral will only be eligible to receive a bounty payment if the time between disconnect and reconnect is greater than 30 days or if the customer purchases additional services beyond what was on the original account. In the case of the second option, if the time between disconnect and reconnect is less than 30 days, the bounty payment will only be paid on the incremental service.
  • The customer must give the program participant permission to submit a referral on their behalf. Customers should be informed that they may be contacted by phone.
  • Eligible participants may generally discuss Spectrum™ products and services but may never make representations, claims offers or otherwise characterize any company service, product, term or condition unless the information is explicitly stated in authorized marketing materials.
  • Participants may not use non-public company systems, data bases, or facilities to identify a prospective referral.
  • Outbound telemarketing and door-to-door solicitation is not permitted without the written consent of program management.
  • Participants may not share or agree to share anything of value with a potential customer in exchange for a referral.
  • Participants may not share or agree to share anything of value with sales channel employees closing referrals.
  • Participants should contact their supervisor or program headquarters with questions relating to this program.

  • Program participants will receive monthly rewards when their referrals for a qualifying product or service result in an installed sale.

Program Awards

  • Referrals can be made only for products and services identified in these rules.
  • Referrals can include ineligible products if the referral contains an eligible product.
  • Referrals for ineligible products will not be awarded.
  • Rewards will be awarded by the 30th of each month.
  • Participant will be awarded on your referrals through Paypal the month following installation, not when it was submitted.
  • Participant must accept the Terms and Conditions of Paypal Agreement in order to receive awards.
  • Account Balance will be transferred to Paypal and can be used anywhere Paypal is accepted.
  • Account will be transferred through Paypal email address, unless other specified.
  • You will be awarded on your referrals the month following installation, not when it was submitted.
  • A 1099 tax form will be issued to any program participant earning $600 or more in awards in a calendar year. Program participants will be contacted to obtain information needed to issue the 1099 tax form when a participant’s cumulative award balance reaches $500. Unwillingness on behalf of the program participant to provide this information will result in program disqualification for the remainder of the calendar year.
  • Rewards balance will remain available through the expiration of redemption from Paypal.

Program Governance

  • Participation in this program is completely voluntary.
  • Referral Program Management reserves the right to limit the maximum award issued to any program participant.
  • The action and resolutions of Program Headquarters are final and cannot be repealed.
  • Pacific Communications Referral Program Management reserves the right to alter or end this program at any time.
